Tell us the size of your plot and how you live. HousePlanAI draws a real, editable floor plan — walk through it in 3D, move any wall, and price the build.
Plot size, which way the road runs, bedrooms, how you live. Six taps, no typing, no account.
Drag walls, place doors and windows, split rooms, add floors and stairs. Every dimension stays live.
A cinematic walk-in from the street through every room — or roam the storeys yourself, terrace included.
Describe your plot and how you live — the copilot asks the right questions, then drafts a full plan with rooms, doors, windows and the boundary wall.
Crisp wall poché, real door swings and window symbols, live dimensions and room areas — drawings that are a pleasure to read, and a solid starting point to take to a professional.
Every edit appears instantly in 3D. Take the guided walk-in from the street through every room, or roam free with WASD.
Stack storeys, cut stairwells through slabs, add open terraces with railings. Straight, L, U, winder and spiral stairs, with riser and tread worked out for you.
Rates for your region and a trade-by-trade breakdown, in your own currency, updated live as the plan changes.
One-link sharing, PNG exports and an A3 PDF plan sheet with title block, schedule and areas.
Already know your plot? Start from its size — each page explains what fits and opens the planner with the dimensions filled in. Any other size works too; these are just the common ones.
Yes — HousePlanAI is free to use right now. You can generate a plan, edit every part of it, walk through it in 3D and download a PDF plan sheet without paying anything. Paid plans may arrive later, but nothing you can do today is behind a paywall.
Yes. The AI's plan is a starting point, not a finished answer. Every wall, door, window and room is yours to move, resize, delete or rename, and the dimensions and areas update as you go.
Yes. Any plan can be viewed as a 3D model with walls, floors, doors, windows and furniture in place. You can take a guided walk in from the street or move through the rooms yourself, and every edit you make in 2D shows up in 3D straight away.
Any size. Common sizes are one tap away in both feet and metres — 20×30, 30×40, 30×50 and 40×60 ft, or 9×12 and 10×15 m — and you can type your own width and depth instead. Switch between feet and metres whenever you like.
