What exactly do I get?

Is it really 48 hours?
The 48 hours run from the moment the brief is settled — the plot, the facing, the rooms and anything you want kept. Getting to that point is usually a few messages.
What do you need from me to start?
Your plot size and which way it faces, how many bedrooms you want and whether it is one floor or two. A sketch, a photo of an existing drawing or a plan you drew here all help, but none of them is required.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Changes are settled in the same WhatsApp thread before the final sheets are sent, so nothing is finished until you say it is.
I am on a laptop and WhatsApp does not open. What now?
Press the button anyway: you get a code to scan with your phone's camera, which opens the same chat. If you would rather not, leave your number there and we will message you.
